The front facade of the QaGoMA Building lights up every night in almost neon colour palettes. Shot on a very appropriate cinematic film modified for 35mm stills cameras, Cinestill 800T was the perfect choice. Rendering the colours in a wonderful array of spectacular colour. Reminiscent of the days of cinema and neon billboards lighting up bustling city streets at dusk.
TBC Mag Launch and Pop-up Exhibition.
Just over a week ago I was part of the first Edition for The Brisbane Collective "HOME GROWN" magazine launch and pop-up exhibition. It was a great night meeting some other creative people and finding out more about their creative work and pursuits. Details about <TBC>
Pictured is some visual arts from the night alongside my piece - "Flight Control". Kodak Tri-x 400 black n white film, digital composite, stone print with recycled wood frame by the wonderful folks at OnStone in Melbourne. A soft stone face with recycled wooden frame, perfect piece to compliment a modern interior. Mixed similar/ recycled materials, a personal favourite of mine in design style.

A way to connect and meet other creative (or inspiring) humans from around the world. I love seeing (and meeting) other creatives from different places. Cultural, environmental, historical, roots/ origin > influences. Process, the journey of creating something. Be it digitally, by hand or something else? Perhaps.
